Terms of Use

Future Fiji is an independent civic innovation platform. It is not an official government service. Community Polls are voluntary, non-scientific civic signals; they are not representative surveys, elections, referenda, or official polling.

Approved ideas may become public. Submissions should be constructive, solution-oriented, Fiji-focused, and free of private or sensitive information.

Do not submit hate speech, harassment, personal attacks, defamation, private personal information, spam, scams, violent or illegal instructions, misinformation, political campaigning, or inflammatory slogans.

Poll submissions must contain one neutral question and two to six distinct options. Polls collect no demographics, public comments, or uploaded images. Polls do not use imagery or image generation.

A signed cookie supports one final vote per browser identity on a Poll. Votes cannot be changed. Browser identity controls do not prove one person voted only once: another browser, cleared cookie, or another device may appear as a different identity. Detailed option results become available after that browser casts a valid vote or the Poll closes; total valid votes may be visible earlier.

Poll submissions receive automated AI-assisted safety and wording review followed by human admin review. AI does not publish a Poll. Admins may edit wording, resolve similarity matches, approve, reject, suspend, close, reopen, feature, archive, or remove eligible Polls. They may also invalidate suspicious votes with an audited reason when protecting integrity.

AI may edit, summarize, classify, and visualize Idea submissions. Any Idea visuals are conceptual only and do not represent funded projects, official commitments, or confirmed facts. This Idea imagery workflow is separate from Polls.

Future Fiji may reject, archive, edit, or remove content to protect platform integrity and community safety. Participation is subject to reasonable anti-abuse limits and availability of the service.
